Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange for Vonne Lush Cosmetics items once items have been shipped. This regulation is in place for sanitation purposes. Vonne Lush does our best to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Please be sure to review your order at check out before submitting payment. If there is a need to cancel prior to your order being shipped out, please contact us at email@example.com so that your funds can be returned to you in a timely manner.
Once you receive a tracking number, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
If refund has not yet posted, contact your credit/ debit card company or bank in regards to the refund credit. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $75. It is not guaranteed that we will receive a returned item, so tracking is highly recommended.
